Kettlebells work!! If you are looking for a workout that will boost your metabolism and build lean muscle simultaneously, then Kettlebells are the answer! 100% of my clients have seen increases in strength, as well as, improvement in balance.

I have been involved in the fitness industry over the past 20 years. I have been a runner, and a martial student and teacher. I am currently a NASM-CPT, a Yoga Alliance RYT, and just recently I traveled to Copenhagen, Denmark, where I received a Russian Kettlebell Certification from Pavel Tsatouline! June 2009 will give me even more education, as I travel to Minneapolis, MN to train some more with Pavel Tsatouline, so that I may receive my RKC II certification.VP1J4251-1

Kettlebells are the way to a healthier, more resilient body! The shape and way you are forced to work with Kettlebells creates results that a typical strength training regimen can not produce.
My own personal story is that I fell approximately four stories off a cliff around 1985. Recently, over the past several years my shoulder started to ache. It began to bother me so much, that I started seeking out massages, and Acupuncture treatments to assist in alleviating the pain. I would get these treatments 2-4 times per month.

I began a strict Kettlebell regimen about 8 months ago, as a preparation for my recent certification. I am happy to say that the pain in my shoulder is virtually non-existant!!!

Law Enforcement and Military applications are endless! My handgun skills have become 60% better. The Kettlebell has made my wrists so strong, that I now have a much steadier hand, therefore my marksmanship skills have improved dramatically.

Kettlebells strengthen the shoulder complex, as well as, the forearm, thereby increasing grip strength and amping up ones’ punching power.
