

I currently hold a NASM Certified Personal Trainer certification, and a Yoga Alliance 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher certification. I have had the opportunity in the fitness community, over the past 2 decades, to study with Grey Cook, Alwyn Cosgrove, and many other nationally recognized fitness professionals. I have also been blessed to study with Rod Stryker, Saul David Raye, Rodney Yee, Desiree Rumbaugh, Tias Little, Richard Freeman, Alaina Kavalya, Mary Bruce, and many other nationally recognized yoga instructors.
In May 2009, I traveled to Copenhagen to study with Pavel Tsatsouline to become a Russian Kettlebell Certified instuctor. This trip gave me the opportunity to study with fitness professionals from around the world. In June 2009 I had the opportunity to work with Pavel yet again, and achieved my RKC II certification!
I have also been involved in Martial Arts over the years, finding myself studying with Stephen K. Hayes and Dave Koss.
I work at a private facility in Phoenix, Arizona where there are only 2 trainers working with only one client at a time, so you will never experience the crowded gym syndrome! Should you prefer we train at your residence, no problem -- I am willing to come to you!
