I have been to quite a few classes and several certifications. I was extremely pleased with my decision to enroll in the Denmark RKC!! I met instructors from all over the world, as well as, many of the top RKC instructors.

The training was very physically demanding. I was exhausted and physically spent at the end of every day, but I also felt as if the instruction was very thorough! I definitely received a top notch education and now possess a much richer understanding of Kettlebell basics and why they work so well!

Every aspect of our movement was picked apart through rigorous routines, and eventually those exercises were honed to perfection. Therefore, you can rest assured that I will guide you, effectively, in learning some of the best exercises in the fitness industry today!!
