<p>The practice of yoga has been around for thousands of years. It strengthens, tones, and elongates muscle fiber. It creates a healthy body and the foundation for a healthy life.</p>
<p>One of the primary benefits of yoga is extremely important in today’s hectic lifestyle. It assists in quieting the mind. It forces a student to focus, and aids in clearing the mind of all one is bombarded with on a daily basis.</p>
<p>It is also a very good supplement to a healthy exercise regimen. It has been my experience that it assists in tying all one’s training together, helping to create long, lean muscles. The simplicity of the movements, the focus on breathing properly, and the postural benefits never cease to amaze me!!</p>
