I have never been a fan of working out. It wasn’t until about a year and a half ago when I was turning 52 that I finally decided I needed to do something. My older sister had inspired me as she was looking and feeling great and I asked about her secret. She said Eric Braren. It was at that point that I made the decision to start working out with Eric. Since that time he has worked with me with aerobic and weight training, as well as yoga which we added recently. As a result, I have not only increased my strength, but have regained my flexibility. Also, I have had inner ear issues that have played havoc on my balance, but since working with Eric, I have seen a huge difference. I no longer dread walking up and down stairs not only from a balance standpoint, but stamina as well. Since I have been working out with Eric my body, my health and my sense of well-being have increased significantly. I am in better shape and feel younger than I did 10 years ago. Thanks, Eric.

I have worked with Eric Braren for the last three years. I highly recommend him as a trainer. Eric knows a lot about the body and what it needs. He works you hard but is careful not to give you more than you can handle. As a result, he’s gotten me in very good shape. And he’s very good company while making you work hard. Eric is an outstanding trainer. He has broad experience in weight training and yoga, which he incorporates into his training sessions. Each session with him is demanding, but geared to the client’s ability and endurance. In addition, he always varies the sessions so they never become routine. Best of all, the results are impressive – improved appearance, muscle tone, strength and endurance. I’m hooked.

In my time working with Erik I have noticed a keen intent on making sure I am progressing toward my goals. He is very intent on making the most of the time we have each session without at all feeling rushed. Erik makes the work focused enough for results without the pressure that can accompany some trainer’s mindset. He focuses on my achievements, which is comforting in an intense workout.
